Clark presents on Euclid and Analysis at MathFest

The professor of mathematics presented at the Mathematical Assocation of America's annual mathematics festival in Chicago.

Jeff Clark, a professor in the Department of Mathematics and Statistics, attended the Mathematical Assocation of America’s annual MathFest in Chicago July 26-29, 2017.

While there he attended a meeting of the MAA’s Section Officers as Chair of the Southeastern Section, attended a meeting of the MAA’s Committee on Minicourses which he will chair as of 2018, monitored a minicourse for the committee, and presented a paper entitled “Rationals, Irrationals, and Commensurate Magnitudes:  Euclid and the Real Numbers”.
