School of Education faculty, student presents at N.C. Association for Elementary Educators

On Sunday, Oct. 22, Erin Hone, Marna Winter and Molly Kearns' 18 presented a theoretical overview of effective literacy, math integration that contained examples from classroom teachers in practice including correlation to national and state standards.

Their presentation included a theoretical overview of effective literacy, math integration, including correlation to national and state standards, examples from classroom teachers in practice, and engaged participants in collaborative exploration of ways to purposefully integrate literacy and math practices.
