Elon University kicks off United Way Campaign at College Coffee

The 2018 Campaign begins after last year’s success, where Elon raised $51,248.14 for the United Way.

Elon University launched its 2018 United Way Campaign Kickoff with a booth at College Coffee on Aug. 28 informing employees of ways to give to the United Way and local non-profits.

The 2018 Campaign begins after last year’s success, where Elon raised $51,248.14 for the United Way. The goal for the 2018 Campaign is to again reach $50,000 to help support non-profits in our community.

“Elon is a community of values, and giving to the United Way illustrates our value of service to others,” said Kenn Gaither, associate dean and professor in the School of Communications.

Any faculty or staff member who pledges $60 or more per year enters a drawing for a new vehicle. Multiple donations of $60 are considered as additional entries (up to four entries).

Pledging is easy:

Go to OnTrack and use the United Way link to pledge a one-time donation or recurring payroll deductions

Request a paper pledge form from Alexander Taylor and return pledges to Dorothy Kuntz in Accounting at 2900 Campus Box
