Tuition Remission Request

Reminder: Tuition remission requests for Faculty/Staff and qualifying dependents will now be completed in OnTrack.  

This process will allow you to complete a work flow process to submit a tuition remission request for yourself or others as applicable. If you are requesting tuition remission, please visit http://wiki.elon.edu/x/0AIxAw . This page will provide step by step instructions and allow you to submit a request to your supervisor for approval.

Faculty/Staff are required to submit IRS form 1040 annually to the Office of Human Resources. When tuition remission is requested for a legal spouse, qualifying domestic partner and dependent children, a copy of the IRS form 1040, listing the name of the student, will be accepted as certification. Please submit the IRS form 1040 to the Office of Human Resources before completing the tuition remission request in OnTrack.
