The Seattle Alumni Chapter hosted a new event for the alumni group.
On May 18, the Seattle alumni gathered at Blade and Timber for an outing of axe throwing hosted by the Seattle alumni chapter.
"Elon Alumni in Seattle met at one of Seattle's newest venues, Blade & Timber, to try their hand at axe throwing," said Chapter President Colin Campbell '13. "Despite many novice throwers, bullseyes were aplenty. After a few minutes of safety tips and coaching, we were free to create our own games. Though the competition was fierce, it turns out everyone is a winner when you throw an axe 15 feet through the air."
The chapter looks forward to a community service beach cleanup on June 8th and other fun events this summer.
