Jessica Gisclair, associate professor and department chair in the School of Communications, has been elected to serve as president-elect for the Executive Board of the Greensboro, N.C., Tar Heel Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America.
In this capacity, she will assist the president in all administrative duties associated with the chapter and help build partnerships with the professional community. The Tar Heel Chapter serves 97 chapter members primarily in the Triad region of North Carolina.
Gisclair has been a member of PRSA for 24 years and has been a member of the PRSA Tar Heel chapter for 12 years, previously serving on the board for four years as vice president of ethics and for six years as a student chapter faculty adviser.
