During spring semester, the road will only carry traffic east-to-west, allowing for parallel parking along the road.
The traffic change will take place Tuesday, January 8, and run through April. The one-way (westbound) traffic will allow the road to accommodate parking for about 60 cars on the north side of the pavement. These spots will be used by students in the physical therapy and physician assistant studies programs at the Francis Center. The road will revert to two-way traffic when a new 200-space lot is constructed at Francis Center.
