Elon Sustainability’s December theme is alternative transportation. We encourage you to make a few changes this month to reduce your automobile emissions output.

December alternative transportation tips:
– Carpool, walk or bike when you can. You will save gas and money and prevent vehicle exhaust emissions
– Walk or bike to class. It is great for your health and the environment.
– Keep your vehicle’s tires properly inflated and the engine tuned to maximize your gas mileage.
– Carpool or take the Amtrak train for business or personal trips.
– Sign-up for Zimride and find a carpool partner.
– Join Elon’s Zipcar program.
– Utilize Elon’s bio-buses whenever possible
