David Levine presents at NYU School of Law

Elon Law Professor David Levine discussed trade secrecy law at a January 11 intellectual property law workshop hosted by New York University School of Law.

Levine co-presented a scholarly work in progress with co-author Frank Pasquale, Schering-Plough Professor in Health Care Regulation and Enforcement at Seton Hall Law School.

The forum was presented by NYU School of Law’s Engelberg Center On Innovation Law & Policy.
