Mary Gowan, professor of management in the Martha and Spencer Love School of Business, has been named as an associate editor of The International Journal of Human Resource Management (IJHRM).
IJHRM publishes high quality scholarly work from around the world focused on the management of human resources. Articles selected for publication in the journal include quantitative and qualitative research, as well as theoretical contributions. She joins an international editorial team from countries including the Netherlands, Hong Kong, the UK, France, and the US.
