Elon Law Professor Tom Molony delivered his fourth consecutive North Carolina Business Law Update at the annual meeting of the Business Law and International Law and Practice Sections of the North Carolina Bar Association, held February 22.
Molony’s update examined significant cases decided in the past year by North Carolina and Delaware courts in areas of Corporate Law, Limited Liability Company Law, Securities Law and Commercial Law.
