Even The Rain, film screening

The Department of World Languages and Cultures, in collaboration with Elon College, the College of Arts and Sciences and the School of Communications, presents a series of films on select Fridays this fall. In Even the Rain (2012) by Icíar Bollaín, filmmaker Sebastian (Gael García Bernal) and his cynical producer Costa (Luis Tosar) arrive in Cochabamba, Bolivia, to make a film about Columbus’s voyage to the New World and the subjugation of the indigenous population.
