Elon faculty and staff can learn more about the university’s health insurance plan by signing up for BCBSNC Member Services online.
The BlueCross BlueShield of North Carolina website gives members access to view plan benefits to see how specific medical services are covered. It also provides an explanation of benefits and includes information about out-of-pocket expenditures and annual deductibles.
To register, go to www.bcbsnc.com and register by entering the BCBSNC member ID number. Once you are a registered member, you can also use a mobile phone to find a doctor, monitor claims and check plan benefits.
