Professor Thomas Erdmann in the Department of Music had an article appear in the January 2014 issue of WomenArts Quarterly Journal.
Thomas Erdmann, a professor of music, had his article “View From The Stage: A Conversation with Sidmusician Anne King” published in the January 2014 issue of “WomenArts Quarterly Journal.” King is a trumpeter who is currently touring with Rod Stewart, has toured and recorded with Guns N’ Roses, and has worked and recorded with a large number of other artists including Lou Bega, Blade, Buddy Collette Big Band, Sheena Easton, Bill Fulton, k.d. lang, Take 6 and Scott Whitfield Jazz Orchestra West.
In addition King has performed in the band on “American Idol,” “America’s Got Talent,” and “Whose Line Is It Anyway?” starring Drew Carey, among others.
