Research/Creative Interests
An industrial/organizational psychologist, I am primarily interested workplace attitudes (e.g., organizational commitment, job engagement, etc.) and behaviors (e.g., citizenship behaviors, prosocial behaviors). In addition, I do a lot of work in leadership, both research and applied work.
What types of “data” do you commonly use?
Most of my work employs surveys and interviews, but I occasionally do experimental and observation studies.
What types of collaborations are you open to?
I am open to at least discussing opportunities with anyone; however, I will have considerably less time for research in Fall 2024 due to administrative duties.
