ELHAN Leadership Application
As leadership for the Elon Latinx/Hispanic Alumni Network, please note that all leadership positions require a one-year commitment (July 1-May 31). Please review the ELHAN Overview for specific leadership position information.
All team members are expected to commit to the following:
- Participate in monthly conference calls
- Contribute to both our board and alumni network communication channels (follow and participate in social media posts (engagement), communicate with fellow board members consistently to contribute to our network goals)
- Participate in one in-person retreat throughout the year (if not safe to gather in-person, retreats will take place remotely)
- Attend major university events when possible including: Homecoming/Graduation Festivities for Latinx Students/Regional Events (Welcome to the City, etc.)
- Contribute to the network’s goals of supporting Latinx/Hispanic alumni and students
- Support Elon Latinx Fund annually with a thoughtful gift of a comfortable amount on Elon Day (or any day throughout the fiscal year)
- Promote events and initiatives affiliated with the Latinx/Hispanic Alumni Network
