ELHAN Mentor Application

Thank you for your interest in being the Elon Latinx/Hispanic Alumni Network (ELHAN) mentorship program! Please submit application below.
  • Ex. Jane Smith '05
  • Mentorship Commitment Questions

The Mentorship program is a virtual mentorship program which means that most interactions between you and your mentee will happen online or over the phone. In some cases, depending on the location of the mentor/mentee pair, there may be opportunities to meet in-person but this is rare. In order to find your best fit match, it is important for us to understand your commitment capabilities and your communication preferences.
  • General Information About You

Please provide brief statements, answering each of the following questions in paragraph form (maximum 250 words per response). Please fill out the following questions in its entirety. We want to make sure we create pairings that make sense for both the mentee and the mentor. We will do our best to match mentees and mentors in the same industries, however, there may be instances where it makes more sense to create a pairing based on geographic location or networking potential. The more details you can provide about your experiences and networks, the more this will help us in pairing students.
