Submissions due by Monday, August 15! Your classmates want to know what you have been doing since your days at Elon. Please take a few moments to fill out the questions below and return this form so that you are included in the special 50th anniversary memory book. The book will be distributed at Homecoming Weekend, Nov. 4-6, and sent to all classmates electronically. The information you provide may appear exactly as written, although the editors reserve the right to edit for typos or clarity. Please see question #14 about how to submit photographs. We are collecting photos for our reunion celebrations as well as your page in the memory book. Thank you!

Please provide a “now” and a “then” photo with good color contrasts to be included in the book. Your “now” picture can include your spouse and/or children, if you prefer. If you do not send a “then” photo, one of your old yearbook photos, if available, will be used. The committee is also asking classmates to send in photos from our time at Elon. If you happen to have a collection of photos from our time or various activities at Elon we would love for you to share them to be included in the weekend and/or the memory book.
