What are some highlights from the last 40 years?

Proud mom of two grown sons, and have been blessed to have been married to Mike for 39 years and counting.
I’m still working full-time in employee benefits, but hope to retire in the next few years. I’ve been blessed to be able to continue with my love of crafts, and have been able to use those skills in mission work here and abroad.

Who would you particularly like to see at the reunion (virtual and in-person)?

How many (and/or) who of your classmates do you still keep in contact with today?

I keep track of my sorority sisters (Alpha Sigma Alpha), along with Mike’s fraternity brothers.

What is your favorite Elon memory?

Too many to name! So many fond memories – but I’d have to say that my trip to England winter term of ’79 was special. I was a “day-tripper” up to that point, and it made me realize how much of the college experience I was missing out on. Pledged sorority in the spring, and moved on campus for my senior year.

What is something interesting that you want your classmates to know about you?

I won 2nd place at the county fair a few years back for a sweater I knitted. Not sure anyone will find that interesting, but I was excited!
