IT offers repair and support on Elon-issued devices through the Technology Service Desk. Our professionals specialize in supporting Windows and Mac devices, supported applications, and related technology. Although support and repair work for personally-owned devices (including student devices) is not available, the Technology Service Desk will help you troubleshoot issues related to Elon technology (e.g., wireless issues, account-related issues).
