Restorative Yoga
Restorative Yoga is a practice which resets the central nervous system, holding the poses for 5 minutes (with props) or longer to deepen your state of relaxation. The release portion of this class will consist of a guided mediation or yoga nidra (yogic sleep) that will allow you to reset and refresh yourself for the rest of your day. Restorative yoga allows you to practice when your energy is low and your body is building strength.
