Cricket Foster in a Yoga pose.Restorative Yoga is a practice that resets the central nervous system, holding the poses for 5 minutes (with props) or longer to deepen your state of relaxation. The release portion of this class will consist of a guided meditation or yoga nidra (yogic sleep) that will allow you to reset and refresh yourself for the rest of your day. Restorative yoga allows you to practice when your energy is low, and your body is building strength.

If you are looking for a chance to catch your breath, Reset and Restore uses Yin (deep stretches) and Restorative poses (passive, gentle poses) to relax, reset and restore your body and mind.  Poses will be held for 2 – 4 minutes, giving you time for mediation, prayer, or just being in the moment.
