Join Michelle Spurlock, RYT-200 for an all-levels yoga class that will help you improve your flexibility, strength, and balance while relieving stress and cultivating peace of mind. Mindfulness and breathing techniques are incorporated into every class. Plenty of yoga pose options are provided so you can work at your own unique level, regardless of whether you are a beginner or have lots of yoga experience. You will learn to flow from pose to pose using your breath and with a focus on proper form and alignment.
