Act-Belong-Commit (ABC) is a framework Elon adopted in Fall 2019 to foster an institutional culture of holistic wellness where every individual has an opportunity to transform their mind, body, and spirit and we work together to create a mentally healthy campus.


  • We are offering five live online group exercise classes each week, taught by RecWell group exercise instructors
  • Allison Agresti from Counseling Services is leading mindful yoga classes
  • Here’s a great resource from Xplore Nutrition with more than 75 workouts you can do at home with no equipment
  • Fitness Blender has free workout videos for a variety of fitness levels
  • Les Mills is offering free on-demand fitness classes
  • Peloton is offering a free 90-day trial of their app
  • Search #athomeworkout on Instagram for workouts posted by fitness instructors from around the world
