Employee Resource Groups
Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are employee-led groups formed around common interests, issues, or a shared bond or background. These groups are a powerful extension of the Office of Leadership and Professional Development’s programming offerings, providing leadership opportunities for those who wish to initiate or lead a group and fostering a supportive community where all employees can experience a greater sense of belonging. For more information about current ERGs or starting a new one visit here.
Planning Week Receptions
These informal receptions during planning week provide both new and returning staff and faculty an opportunity to connect and build community. There are multiple receptions for faculty and staff groups including Asian-Pacific Islander and Asian Studies, Black, Latinx/Hispanic, LGBTQIA, and International. The timing of these receptions are staggered throughout the week to enable people to attend as many as they would like.
