Beginning in a seated position, we’ll practice breathing exercises and progress into a warming stretching sequence. Moving to a standing position, we’ll flow through poses to gently stretch and strengthen body and mind. We’ll work on deep stretching and end with final relaxation/savasana.

Suitable for participation on a chair. All levels are welcome.
