Want to try a new quick workout before you go home from work? 35 min workout includes 8 exercises performed for 45 seconds each and then repeated 4 times, with a minute of aerobic exercise separating each circuit. It is fun, quick, and an effective way to get a full body work. Check it out starting July 1st! Bring some water and your own mat if you have one. One will be provided if necessary.
