Elon Law Executive Coach in Residence Bonnie McAlister presented a Continuing Legal Education program at the 33rd Annual Conference of North Carolina Association of Women Attorneys on Sept. 16.
The title of the conference was “Our Successes, Our Voices, Ourselves.”
McAlister’s session was titled, “Finding your Power at the Podium; In the Conference room; With your Clients; With your Colleagues; With your family.”
The presentation was followed by a luncheon at which time U.S. Senator Kay Hagan spoke and Elon Law student Hassina Lewis L’12 was recognized as a recipient of a scholarship funded by the Association.
McAlister works with Elon law students in the areas of leadership development and communications. She has taught seminars nationwide for nearly 30 years, specializing in leadership, public speaking, group dynamics and communication skills.
