Hello! My name’s Cameron, but everyone calls me Jovi! I am a former Elon student that graduated last year. My current roommate (who also graduated Elon) is moving to Chicago. The non-profits that I typically work full-time at are still based in NC, and thus, I’d prefer to have someone move into his spot on the lease.
This apartment is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath arrangement with an incredibly nice balcony and generous space. Coming in at $568 a room (with about $80-100 in utilities that will be split between us), it’s in an extremely safe part of Burlington that has a lot to do and is extremely close to the university. As for myself, I’m a very chill, lax, supportive person – so long as you respect me and my lifestyle, I won’t get in the way of you.
On the topic of that, I’m looking for someone that can understand two important things. The first is that I’m a working professional that isn’t looking for someone that’s going to be loud and disruptive. Ideally, no one is invited to come over, as I desperately need my decompression time after my work. The second is that I’m looking for someone that is clean. It’s important to keep the place nice and fresh since we’re meant to live here, after all.
