My roommate and I have a 3 bed/3 bath apartment at Ethan Pointe and are looking for a third roommate. She is a 2023 Elon grad, and I am a grad student in the MHE program at Elon. Rent and utilities would be about $650-700 per month, and it’s only 11 minutes from campus!
We would prefer somebody who wants to move-in in June or July, but we can be flexible with the date.
We already have most furniture, so you would only need to provide whatever you want in your bedroom/bathroom.
