The bedroom space is about 14′ X 28′ and the entire house is about 2,000 square feet with a full kitchen, garage, 2 living rooms, a dining room, large back porch, and backyard. Looking for a boy or girl (flexibility for more than one person as well) who would like to stay here for the remaining of the lease with 2 housemates (up until June 1st) this includes $475 for 5 months along with bills accumulated during the stay. Anyone looking to stay next semester (up until June 1st) will also likely be given the opportunity to continue their stay for the following year if they desire. ***Extremely sought-after house and primary bedroom due to large backyard, multiple living spaces, and cheap rent***
