Student Planning Implementation Timeline

September 1-December 31Wednesday-Friday
Pilot Group Advisors and Students will have full functionality within the system to plan courses, and communicate with each other leading into registration for the winter and spring semesters.
November 5-16Friday-Tuesday
Students in the Pilot group will register using the new system while the rest of campus uses the existing system in web advisor.
November 17-December 31Wednesday-Friday
Registrar's office representatives will attend departmental/ school informational meetings to introduce the system to the faculty.
January 1-February 28Saturday-Monday
Advisor access begins. Training sessions for advisors will begin with at least two offerings each week, as well as individual requests.
February 28Monday
Full access for students begins. OnTrack systems related to registration and Degree Audit will no longer be accessible. Drop in sessions for students begin.
April 4-14Monday-Thursday
Registration for Fall 2022 will take place in the new system.
