Want back on campus?
If you are an off-campus student who wishes to go through the housing selection process either by yourself or with a group, please complete the following steps:
- Complete the Request to Participate in Housing Selection in Self Service under ‘Applications and Forms’ by February 4, 2019. The form will be available in Self Service on January 2, 2019.
- If you are approved, you will be notified via email on February 6, 2019.
Once you have been approved
- Pay the $125 housing reservation fee. This fee can be paid over the phone (336-278-5300), online, or a check or credit card can be brought to the bursar’s office (Alamance 113).
- Sign the housing agreement in Self Service under ‘Applications and Forms’.
- Check your sign up time.
Please note that if you lived on campus in the fall and are studying abroad in the spring, you do not have to complete the application. Your semester abroad will count as living on campus.
Please note a limited number of off-campus students will be permitted to go through the process. You and your fellow group members are encouraged to make additional plans in the event that you are not approved to go through the process.
Residence life limits the number of off-campus students in order to assure space for students currently on campus.
