Step 1: Choose Your Computer

Time Frame: Mid-April

Within 1-2 weeks, you will receive an email from noreply@qualtrics.elon.edu with instructions for choosing your computer replacement. Your attention to this email and follow through of the instructions is necessary to ensure that the computer ordered will meet your needs.


Step 2: Backup Your Files

Time Frame: Required before computer delivery

Make sure you back up all the files that you want transferred to your new computer. This is often performed using Syncplicity though other applications, such as OneDrive are used.  It is your responsibility to back up your own data. Elon IT is happy to assist in this process, if needed.
