REL 348: Environmental Ethics

In Environmental Ethics, students are charged with identifying an environmental problem or issue that affects the Elon community (university or town) and developing a response that addresses the problem. The class must work together as they develop solutions. In the past, classes have started the Community Garden at Elon, worked to promote institution-wide composting, and worked to increase the amount of locally produced food through Aramark.
