Why Elon’s MHE?
The Master of Arts in Higher Education (MHE), offered through the Dr. Jo Watts Williams School of Education, builds on the strength of Elon as a national leader in active and engaged learning. Students are immersed in the study of higher education in a student-centered environment rooted in hands-on experiential learning with a global perspective. Enrollment is full-time in this two-year, 36-hour program that incorporates study away, two internships, a paid apprenticeship and a capstone project.

Laké Laosebikan-Buggs named Triad Business Journal ‘Leader in Diversity’
The inaugural director of inclusive excellence for graduate and professional education, Laké Laosebikan-Buggs fosters belonging in Elon’s graduate programs. She will be recognized by the Triad Business Journal at a June 12 banquet and featured in a special issue later this month.
Graduate students tasked with promoting ‘belief, belonging, behavior’
Kevin A. Trapani, the retired co-founder, president, and CEO of a North Carolina insurance provider who serves as an executive-in-residence for the Martha and Spencer Love School of Business, delivered a Commencement address to Elon University master's candidates in the Class of 2025 whom he challenged to "teach character" by embracing habits for life in a chaotic world.
