HOPE Clinic 5K
Join us for the 2026 Race for HOPE 5K, a virtual and in-person fundraiser aimed at bringing the community together for a fun-filled morning while raising funds and awareness for the Health Outreach Program at Elon (HOPE). The HOPE clinic is a student-managed physical therapy clinic that serves the underinsured and uninsured in Alamance County, NC and surrounding areas by providing free physical therapy services. Since opening in November of 2013, the clinic has saved the community over $302,691.32 in medical costs and has seen over 1,838 patients! Whether you plan to run, walk, or cheer from the sidelines, your support helps make a difference in our community!
2026 Race for HOPE 5K:
When? September 20th, 2026
Race Starts?: 9:30 am! But you’re welcome to come as early as 9 am and hang out until the race starts!
Where? 1450 Springwood Church Road, Burlington, NC 27215
Come early and hang out after the race for yard games and snacks!
