Outdoor Equipment and Bike Rental Overview
Elon Outdoors rents a variety of outdoor equipment for short-term usage. Bikes are also available to be rented for a semester or academic year. To request outdoor equipment or a bike rental, you must use the rental request forms below. Once your request is submitted and approved, you will be contacted with any additional details regarding your reservation. Requests must be made at least 2 days in advance for outdoor equipment.
All equipment is picked up at the ELOA office (Koury Athletic Center 106). Payment is due when equipment is picked up and can be made via credit card (debit not accepted).
Equipment will be inspected upon checkout and check-in. Staff will assess damage/replacement fees based on the condition at check-in. Late fees will be assessed for any equipment returned after the time specified on the rental request. Late fees are $10 per day, per piece of equipment.
Rental bikes will become available for semester-long rentals on day one of classes each semester at the ELOA office (First come first serve while supply last).
ELOA does not work on privately owned bikes. Requests for personal bike repairs should contact a local private bicycle repair company.

Bike Rental Form
Bikes can be rented for a semester. There will be a set date and time to pick up and return bikes each semester. Bikes must be picked up at the ELOA office in the Koury Athletic Center.
Bikes can be rented by the semester for $35.
