Men’s Club Soccer

Elon Men’s Club Soccer is a Division 1 competitive club soccer team for those not on the official varsity team but still seeking a highly skilled environment outside of intramural sports. All players on the team have played at a high level in their lifetime. We compete in the National Intramural Recreational Sports Association (NIRSA) as a member of Region II Club Soccer. We practice and play year-round and are in a league during both the fall and spring semesters.

Recent Successes

Attended NIRSA Nationals for the first time in Elon Club Soccer history.

Dues

Dues: approximately $250 per semester

Practice and Tournament Dates

Games are both in fall and spring, with practices 2-3 times a week and games on weekends. Practices usually occur every Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday with the season lasting around 8 weeks.

Along with this, we try to travel to one tournament per semester. Location varies but it is almost always within driving distance and we are there from Friday-Sunday.

Conferences and Opponents

In the fall we play in NIRSA Region 2. In the spring we play in tournaments and/or College Club Soccer league

Usual opponents: High Point University, UNC-Charlotte, UNC-Greensboro, Davidson, Appalachian State, Duke University, University of South Carolina
