Schedule & General Information

Group Exercise classes are open to students, faculty, and staff.  Please make note of where the class you are signing up for is being held at, as we offer classes in 4 different spaces inside Koury and some outdoors classes on the Koury West Lawn (the side closest to Williamson Ave.).

Registering for a Class

  • You can register for classes online or through the Elon RecWell app
  • Registration is required for every class
  • Registration opens 7 days prior to the start of class and closes 10 minutes prior to the start of class

Canceling a Class Registration

  • If you can no longer attend a class in which you registered for, we ask that you please cancel your reservation at least an hour before the class is set to start so that others can join. Once within an hour, you will no longer be able to cancel your reservation online.
  • To cancel, sign in online using Elon SSO
  • Once signed in, click on your username in the upper right-hand corner and click “Profile”
  • On the menu to the left click “Program Registrations”
  • Find the reservation in which you would like to cancel, click the three vertical dots to the right, and select “Cancel”
  • Note, a new policy has been implemented at the start of the Spring 2024 semester that if you no show for a total of 3 group exercise classes, you will lose the ability to register for classes for two weeks with the potential for further suspension if patterns persist.

Class Cancellation

  • If a class has to be cancelled, participants will be notified via email prior to the start of class
  • Participant satisfaction is our top priority, and we apologize for any inconvenience cancellations may cause

Interested in a Private Group Exercise Class?

  • We offer private group exercise classes to campus organizations, and groups. These are scheduled at a time and place that fits both yours, and the instructors schedule
  • If interested, please fill out our request form here or on the Elon RecWell app and a staff member will contact you regarding your request
