Brief Biography

Heather Lindenman's research interests include community literacy, writing across academic and non-academic contexts, service-learning in composition, and transfer of writing-related knowledge. She has taught classes related to community writing, grant writing, writing center theory and practice, and multimedia rhetorics. She directs the First-Year Writing Program at Elon.
