Vaishali Shah

Vaishali Shah loves working with students and helping them develop and understanding of the quantitive and qualitative aspects of personal finance. In addition to teaching, Vaishali loves spending time with her daughter and traveling and exploring new places. 

Vaishali received an MBA in Corporate Finance and Marketing from Wake Forest University (2010), a Master of Teaching degree in Elementary Education from Virginia Commonwealth University (1999), and a BA in Biology from the University of Virginia (1996). Vaishali is a CFP® and CAP® Certificant. Prior to working at Elon she worked as a Trust Officer at Piedmont Trust Company. Vaishali also runs a financial coaching firm, Copper Seed, which she founded in 2020.
