Elon University is pleased to offer free laundry services in most residential buildings. This initiative is intended to improve convenience for the majority of on-campus residents. Please note that The Crest Apartments still require payment, as laundry services there are managed separately by a third-party provider.

Laundry Service and Maintenance Responsibilities:

  • CSC ServiceWorks Maintained Machines: For machines serviced by CSC, report issues via:
  • University Maintained Machines: For machines maintained by Elon University, submit service requests through the FIXit system.
  • The Crest Apartments: are a third-party master lease facility, and the laundry services are managed separately by Burkely Management. Please note that laundry at The Crest is not free.
