Sigma Iota Epsilon inducts new members

Forty-Seven Martha and Spence Love School of Business students were inducted into Elon’s Chapter of Sigma Iota Epsilon.

Sigma Iota Epsilon (SIE) is the premiere fraternal organization in management in the United States. It encourages and recognizes scholastic excellence, as well as promotes cooperation between the academic and practical aspects of management.

The Theta Epsilon chapter, which was founded at Elon in the Fall of 2011, initiated 34 undergraduate students on April 23. Six MBA candidates and seven MSBA candidates will be inducted on May 21 at the graduation dinner.

To be eligible for membership, Undergrads must have a 3.25 GPA or higher, have earned at last 30 credit hours at Elon and be a declared Management or Business Administration major or minor. Graduate students enrolled in the MBA or MSBA program must have a 3.5 GPA or higher to be elgible.
