The Planning, Design & Construction Management Department provides management of the design, including interior design, and construction of new facilities, and major renovations to existing facilities for Elon University.

Our services include:

1. Creating budget estimates and schematic sketches.
2. Contracting for design services.
3. Coordination of design review comments with customers.
4. Contracting for construction services.
5. Construction scheduling and relocation moves.
6. Final inspection and acceptance of projects.
7. Update the campus floor plans.
