  • How are your classes going this semester? What are you taking?
  • How has your experience been with your residence hall and roommate?
  • Who are the people you feel most connected to so far? Have you found a group of friends or community?

  • What are you studying, and what has your leadership journey looked like (from high school to now)?
  • Share one meaningful success and one challenge you’ve experienced, and what you learned from them.
  • How has your academic path evolved (major/minor decisions or areas you’re exploring)?
  • (If applicable) What advice do you have about navigating a shared organization or involvement?

  • Discuss goals, expectations, and boundaries for your time together.
