Embracing a Bold Vision for the Future

The 2021-22 academic year felt like a reawakening after several semesters of limited social interaction. We reunited with the Class of 2020 for a belated commencement ceremony, welcomed hundreds of families and prospective students to Fellows weekend, and celebrated the achievements of students and faculty mentors with a return to in-person SURF Day presentations. It also was one of ingenuity and growth that will carry over for years to come. We are especially proud of the vision that led to the opening of the Innovation Quad this summer and the ABET accreditation of our Bachelor of Science in Engineering program. The stories and benchmarks collected here show how our students, faculty and staff emerged with new programs, initiatives and ideas that are reshaping the College and Elon University.
