If you would like to register for the 2025 NCAS conference, you must be a current member of NCAS, CANCAS, or NCSAS. Both the annual meeting registration and membership fees can be paid at the link below. If you are already a member of one of the organizations, you may register for the annual meeting alone by using your email as the promo code in Eventbrite.

Abstracts for both oral and poster presentations are submitted during the registration process. More information can be found on the Abstracts and Presentations page.

Registration Dates

  • Registration is open from January 30th – March 24, 2026.
  • Late Registration with an additional fee of $20 is open from April 1 – April 24, 2026.
