Chad Conville

Chad Conville is the Director of Auxiliary Services.  His responsibilities include providing innovative, strategic leadership and financial oversight for a diverse group of auxiliary services, including Barnes & Noble at Elon University, Elon Dining, Laundry Services, Mail Services, Print Services, The Inn at Elon, Vending (Beverage and Snack), Trademarks, and Licensing.  

Mr. Conville has over 25 years of Leadership and Management experience, including 15 years of Auxiliary Services and campus bookstore operations.  Mr. Conville is a proud product and supporter of the North Carolina Community College System and believes in the power and opportunity that quality education provides.

Mr. Conville earned a Bachelor of Arts in Film Studies from UNCW and a Master of Arts in Applied Arts and Sciences from UNCG.  He is a 2017 graduate of the North Carolina Community College Leadership Program (NCCCLP), Past President of the College Stores Association of North Carolina (CSANC), and is active in volunteering.  He has served as a member of the Graduation, Safety, Conservation, DEI, and Cultural Arts committees and President of the Staff Association at Randolph Community College.

Mr. Conville is a member of the National Association of College Auxiliary Services (NACAS), National Association of College Stores (NACS), College Stores Association of North Carolina (CSANC), and the National Association of College and University

Food Service (NACUFS).
