Brief Biography
Kendra Nanton is an Instructional Technologist for Outreach and Innovation for Teaching and Learning Technologies. In this role, she supports the mission of the university by working with faculty and staff to identify and apply modern instructional technologies to advance Elon's model of student and learning-centered higher education and to enhance and support strategic campus initiatives. With over 12 years of teaching experience, she provides expert guidance in the application of instructional technologies and provides consulting, training, and support in using both existing and emerging technologies.
She is passionate about creating opportunities to expose faculty, staff, and students to new and innovative technologies and provides training and support for university-wide productivity and academic software.
She promotes awareness and training in Microsoft 365 applications and LinkedIn Learning. She also serves as co-leader of the Technology Champions, which serves to improve the utilization of campus technologies and enhance communication between Information Technology (IT) and faculty/staff.
