Jozi Snowberger

Jozi Snowberger serves as Elon Assistant Vice President for University Advancement and External Affairs. A 2007 graduate of Elon’s Sport Management program, Ms. Snowberger returned to her alma mater after serving as the Director of Annual Giving for the Arts & Sciences Foundation at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Prior to that, she served progressively responsible roles in the Office of Annual Giving at Elon University.

As Assistant Vice President, Ms. Snowberger creates and develops positive and meaningful programs, initiatives, and experiences for Elon parents and families. Under her leadership, Elon’s Family Weekend programs have attracted and engaged more than 2,100 families a year, parent giving participation grew by 47%, Family Weekend attendance has grown by 120% and parent engagement on Elon Day has nearly doubled. She lead the development of an in-house peer-to-peer fundraising tool for alumni and parent volunteers. Additionally, Ms. Snowberger leads major university events like commencements, convocations, and cultural programs. She serves on the University Advancement Leadership Team.
